Position Description

Carle Health is seeking a Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to join our Heart Failure Team at the Heart and Vascular Institue (HVI) in Urbana, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

  • Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm; weekends/holidays
  • Position includes blend of hospital rounding and consults as well as clinic, which is located adjacent to the hospital
  • Experience working with cardiac patients preferred

Education Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • APP experience preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
