I work in an internal medicine, family practice office within the FQHC system. I typically see 20-30 patients per day, from ages 2-100. Lots of variety, multiple health disparities, social-economic pressures.

I am located in Chicago, in collaboration with a major medical center.

Advanced wound care in an outpatient, inpatient, and skilled nursing setting. Diabetic foot ulcers, venous leg ulcers, pressure ulcers, non-healing surgical wounds, atypical wounds. I provide a comprehensive assessment, full lab work-up, diagnostic/lab tests, many procedures.

I work Tuesday-Friday.

While I only work PRN, I do work a decent amount of hours, and am willing to precept and fill in gaps as needed. Telehealth included

I am a dual Board Certified Family and Emergency Nurse Practitioner. Prior Nurse Practitioner experience: 1.. Sexual and Reproductive Healthcare for all genders: STI dx and tx, birth control options including pill/patch/ring and insertion/removal of IUDs and Nexplanon implants, and transgender affirming hormone therapy. 2. Retail medicine: convenient, high-quality care, walk in clinic, for common family illness: minor illnesses and injuries, screenings and monitoring, vaccinations and injections, wellness and physicals. In addition, I have demonstrated practicum experience in Family Medicine, OB/Gyn, Pediatrics, Level I and Level II Trauma Centers, Orthopedics, and Emergency Medicine. Former experienced Registered Nurse—->history of working in the Emergency Department, mental health and substance abuse detox industries.

Davis Family Health LLC. Located in the MedCare Health Clinic building. My clinic offers clinical opportunities for NP, RN, and MA students. I was open during the COVID pandemic and will remain open. I am a Family Nurse Practitioner with a DNP. I see pediatrics to the elderly. Most of my clients are on Medicaid and Hispanic. I do minor surgeries, Botox, Dermal Fillers, Department of Transportation Physicals (CME), and Suboxone Program. I work with a Chiropractor and a team of Massage Therapists as well. We aim to treat all levels of health. I am happy to announce another location to potentially help you with clinical. I have a clinic in Mendota IL (1201 Meridian St across from Sullivan's Grocery Store). I am there Tuesdays and Fridays 8-4ish. Mendota also offers the same services.
