Position Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our established Endocrinology practice in Champaign, Illinois.

Practice Details Include:

  • Dedicated team of APPs that collaborate with 4 Endocrinology physicians to care for inpatient hospital patients
  • Split between two practice settings in Central Illinois including 2 days/week travel to Carle Danville at the Riverfront
  • 8-hour or 10-hour shifts
  • No holidays

  • 2 additional block weekend shifts each month

Educational/Experience Requirements:

  • Master’s degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • APP experience preferred; will consider new grads with extensive ICU/Endo background

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
