Position Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional Vascular Surgery APP to join our expanding Vascular Surgery team at Carle Health Methodist Hospital in Peoria, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

Join an established and well-respected Cardiovascular Practice in Central Illinois
Work with multiple Physicians to collaborate on care for Vascular patients both in the hospital and in the Clinic
Typical schedule will be M-F / 8:00a-4:30 pm
Round on patients in the hospital
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

Located on the Illinois River, Peoria is a vibrant, affordable, and convenient city with multiple dining and entertainment venues as well as nearby residential communities with highly ranked public-school districts

Education Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
Board Certified AGNP, AGACNP, or Adult CNS - Board Eligible will be considered

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
