Position Description
Carle Health is seeking a Palliative Care Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Palliative Care team at Carle BroMenn Medical Center in Normal, Illinois
Position Details Include:
- In-patient and ambulatory setting, including general palliative care clinic, oncology-embedded palliative care clinic, and virtual visits
- Carle Palliative Care is a dynamic and expanding specialty palliative care service looking to serve patients and families as well as empower and educate providers for high-quality primary palliative care across the Bloomington-Normal and Eureka service area
- Bloomington-Normal offers excellent educational, healthcare and housing options and provides an ideal setting for personal and professional satisfaction for the single person or family
Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Physician Assistant or Nursing
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois physician assistant or nurse practitioner licensure
