Position Description
Carle Health is seeking additional Adult Medicine Advanced Practice Providers to join our Curtis location in Champaign, Illinois.
Position Details Include:
- Typical schedule M-F / 8:00a-5:00pm
- Work with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
- Possibility for in office procedures
- Broad scope of patients
- Will see continuity of care patients and acute visits
Education Requirements:
- Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
- 1-2 years of APP experience required
Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
