Position Description

Carle Health is seeking a full-time Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Bloomington, Illinois.

Practice opportunity details include:

Established outpatient-only practice with experienced and dedicated support staff
Convenient Care is open 7 days a week; 7 AM – 8 PM Mon-Fri and 8 AM – 5 PM Sat & Sun. Holiday hours 8 AM - 4 PM
Flexible scheduling
The position will be based out of our Convenient Care location at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center in Bloomington
Other services available at Carle BroMenn Outpatient Center include Primary Care, Pediatrics, Occupational Medicine, Behavioral Health, Rheumatology, Rehabilitation, Imaging, Women’s Imaging, and Lab Services
Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Education Requirements:
Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.

Licensure/Certification Requirements:
Current Illinois Registered Nurse license and Advanced Practice Nurse/Physician Assistant licensure
