Position Description

We are currently recruiting Family Nurse Practitioners to join Heartland Health Services in Peoria, IL.

The ideal candidates will have 1-2 years of work experience as a Nurse Practitioner and Certified as Family Nurse Practitioner with an Illinois license and DEA license.

40 hours per week, Monday- Friday, no weekends
5 weeks accrued PTO starting
