Position Description

Rochelle Community Hospital is seeking a Family Medicine – Nurse Practitioner to join their team. The Nurse Practitioner will deliver personable and compassionate care to each patient seen, as this is extremely important to Rochelle Community Hospital.

Rochelle Community Hospital is a 25-bed critical access hospital, including a Multi-Specialty Clinic and a Fitness Center offering a variety of health and wellness services for the surrounding community.
