Convenient Care APP Opportunity in Illinois New

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care department in Hoopeston, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

• Join an established outpatient-only practice; no panel of primary care patients
• 12-hour shifts (8am-8pm) on M-F; 8-hour shifts (9am – 5pm) on Saturday and Sunday
• Every other weekend rotation required
• Convenient Care is open 7 days a week: 8am – 8pm Monday-Friday and 9am – 5pm Saturday and Sunday
• Works with a collaborative team including the physician, APP, nurse and certified medical assistant to provide patient care in an ambulatory setting
• Able to consult with specialists across the organization

Education Requirements: 

• Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant.
• Two years of clinical practice is preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure

The compensation range for this position is $59.38 - $77.20/hour. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
