Position Description

Carle Health is looking for a Family Medicine APP to join our Family Medicine Residency Clinic at the Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois.

Position Details Include:

  • Position will be M-F, from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Clinic is open M-F / 7:30am - 5:00pm
  • No weekends, holidays, or call
  • See scheduled patients, including some day-access
  • Family Medicine APP works with a collaborative team including several core faculty physicians, 1 Pediatrician, 2 Nurse Practitioners, and up to 18 resident physicians

Education Requirements: 

  • Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
  • New graduates are welcome to apply but clinical practice experience is preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements: 
Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
