Position Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Convenient Care Department in Champaign-Urbana, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

This position will be .5 FTE dedicated to providing coverage at Convenient Care locations in Champaign-Urbana and .5 FTE dedicated to providing coverage in our South Clinic Family Medicine clinic serving Weight Management patients
Schedule will be M-F 8a-5p. You will be in Convenient Care M-F 8a-12p, then seeing Weight Management patients M-F 1p-5p
Able to consult with specialists across the organization
No call responsibilities

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
A minimum of 2 years of APP experience required or will consider candidates with at least 1 year of ED experience

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
