Position Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our Family Medicine Team in Metamora, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

PRN Float position that will be based out of our Metamora clinic but will provide coverage at our different Family Medicine and Walk-In clinics in the Greater Peoria region
Work with established teams consisting of Physicians and other experienced APPs
Experienced staff, both clinical and non-clinical who know the patients extremely well
X-ray and lab services available onsite at most locations
Average patients/day: 12-16
Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination

No call requirements

Education Requirements:

Master's degree in Nursing or Physician Assistant
Family Practice experience strongly preferred

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse and advanced practice nurse/physician assistant licensure
