Position Description

Carle Health is seeking an additional Advanced Practice Provider to join our growing Urology team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details

Practice consists of clinic only duties with occasional hospital rounding and consults, as needed
Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00am to 4:30pm. No night or weekend call
Join a fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on EPIC EMR to improve care coordination

Education/Experience Requirements:

Master’s Degree in Nursing with Acute Care specialty (ACNP) or Physician Assistant
Work or clinical experience in surgical specialty and/or inpatient care is required

Licensure/Certification Requirements:

Current Illinois registered nurse license and advanced practice nurse OR physician assistant licensure
Opportunity to start immediately upon credentialing & privileging
