1.  I entered www.isapn.teachable.com and I am getting a warning that the site is not safe.

Do not to use "www." in front of your domain. The course is only safely accessible through this link: isapn.teachable.com 

1. My login does not work, I am an ISAPN member and am using my credentials for the ISAPN website.

The ISAPN website and ISAPN school on teachable are not linked.  You will need to establish a login in for the school to access the courses.

1. I cannot find my courses. The system keeps wanting me to pay.

Most likely this is because you are not logged into the school.  Be sure to enter your credentials for the site by clicking on Login in the upper right corner.

1. How long will I have access to the course?

For our on-demand courses, you have access forever. After enrolling, you have unlimited access to the course for as long as you like and across all your devices.

1. What if I am unhappy with a course?

All our courses have a 30-day guarantee.  If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the course, contact us within the 30-day window and we will issue you a full refund.

1. I am having trouble accessing the course curriculum, what can I do?

First try to refresh your webpage.

Sometimes, when changes are made to the website, they don’t register immediately due to caching. This is why many issues can be resolved by completing a hard refresh of your webpage. A hard refresh is a way of clearing the browser’s cache for a specific page, to force it to load the most recent version of a page. If you are still unable to resolve the issue after a hard refresh, move on to the following troubleshooting steps.

1. Is there an app?

You can download an iOS app from the app store. Simply search for Teachable. Once you have installed the app, enter the email address and password associated with your isapn.teachable.com account.
