ISAPN is currently accepting applications for our newly relaunched Mentor Program!

The program involves a monthly topic and a schedule that is truly flexible to meet the needs of the Mentor and the Mentee

We are seeking students in their final year of study and new APRNs as well as APRNs interesting in guiding the next generation.

A Mentor’s role rests in the ability to create a safe place for the Mentee to be able to expose his or her vulnerability and to be supported into confidence-building and growth-supporting situations (Baker, 2006).

The ISAPN Mentor Program is a 10-month long program (Apr 2022 to Feb 2023) designed to assist the Mentee with any issues they may be experiencing as well as discuss monthly topics such as professional roles and evidence-based practice.
