What is your area of practice/specialty?

I specialize in Urology.

If you could vacation anywhere, where would you go and why? 

Italy is number one on my bucket list! 

How many years have you worked in healthcare? 

I’ve been working in healthcare for 40 years. 

What inspired you to become a member of ISAPN?

I think it’s super important to network with colleagues, and ISAPN is the perfect tool for that. 

What is your favorite book?

My favorite book is Lessons in Chemistry by Bonnie Garmus. 

If you couldn't be an APRN, what other job would you try? 

I would have loved to have been a teacher.

How has being a member of ISAPN benefited you?

The continuing education opportunities in ISAPN have been fantastic. The volume and variety of CE we get as members are really beneficial. 

If you could go back in time and give yourself advice as a student. What would it be? 

I would tell myself to never stop learning.
