The UK & Ireland are on my bucket list.

What inspired you to become a member of ISAPN?
I was at a continuing education conference where the ISAPN executive director presented - many of us were inspired and elected to join/get involved.

What is your favorite book?
Atomic Habits - James Clear

If you couldn't be an APRN, what other job would you try? 
An educator.

How has being a member of ISAPN benefited you?
Continuing education opportunities - conferences and on demands options. Networking opportunities with Illinois APRNs who share similar professional goals and enjoy collaboration. I love being able to stay up to date on legislation related to APRN practice. 

If you could go back in time and give yourself advice as a student. What would it be? 
This role involves lifelong learning, continuing to have a growth mindset - it's ok to be vulnerable/don't be afraid to continue to ask questions. Take advantage early of any networking opportunities.
