What is your area of practice/specialty?

Cardiology

 

If you could vacation anywhere, where would you go and why? 

I love to travel and have been to all 7 continents. Antarctica and the African Safari were amazing. Norway to see the northern lights, Iceland and Scotland are on my bucket list.

 

How many years have you worked in healthcare? 

43

 

What inspired you to become a member of ISAPN?

It’s been so long ago, I don’t remember…probably got invited to a meeting by another APRN

 

What is your favorite book?

The Bible

 

If you couldn't be an APRN, what other job would you try? 

Maybe a chef or baker.

 

How has being a member of ISAPN benefited you?

I love the networking opportunities and appreciate the advocacy for my APRN license.

 

If you could go back in time and give yourself advice as a student. What would it be?
