If you could vacation anywhere, where would you go and why? 

Australia. It has always fascinated me, independent, rugged, varied, beautiful in all its facets I have seen via National Geographic.

 

How many years have you worked in healthcare?

What inspired you to become a member of ISAPN?

My professors, notably Marie Lindsey & Ricki Loar.

 

What is your favorite book?

How about author Mercedes Lackey!

 

If you couldn't be an APRN, what other job would you try? 

Health, Nutrition or Wellness coach.

 

How has being a member of ISAPN benefited you?

ISAPN has nurtured me as a new graduate. Assisted me in my knowledge and health care skills so I could provide quality care to my clients / patients. Grown my professional network. Assisted in my career advancement and employment. Encouraged me to get full practice authority, even if my current position did not require it. I am so glad I did as I needed it shortly afterwards to locate a new position. Offers coaching in becoming a new business owner. Mentorship!  

 

If you could go back in time and give yourself advice as a student. What would it be? 

Start in ISAPN service work as a newbie.
