Call for Poster Abstracts: 2025 ISAPN APRN Midwest Conference

Are you an APRN, APRN educator, or APRN student working on innovative research or a clinical project?
Here’s your chance to showcase your work to APRN colleagues from across the Midwest—virtually!

The Illinois Society for Advanced Practice Nursing (ISAPN) invites you to submit a poster abstract for inclusion in the online poster display during the 2025 ISAPN APRN Midwest Conference, taking place October 23–24, 2025.

• Abstract Submission Deadline: Monday, August 4 at 5:00 PM

What Happens Next?

Review Process:
Submissions will be reviewed by the ISAPN Program Committee. Notification of acceptance will be sent via email to the primary contact.

Poster Uploads:
Accepted presenters will be asked to upload their poster as a PDF. Additionally, you're encouraged to record a short (2–3 minute) video to accompany your poster. This is a great way to highlight your key points and provide context for viewers.

Audience Engagement:
Viewers will be able to submit questions or comments about your poster. These will be emailed directly to the primary author from portal4nurses.com, including the name and contact of the person submitting the question.

Important Dates to Know:

• Poster Uploads Open: September 1
• Poster Uploads Due: October 1
• Posters Go Live: October 23, 2025
• Poster Viewing Window: October 23, 2025 – March 1, 2026

Please note: Posters should not be cited without the presenter’s permission, in alignment with professional conference standards.
